Program Advisors are involved and tasked with program management, advocacy and development. They do not necessarily provide any services to clients nor financial support.

Program Supporters have provided support other than financial or other tangible resources in support of NHLB. They do not provide direct services to clients and are not directly involved in program development.

Program Sponsors have provided financial or other resources in support of NHLB, but do not provide direct services to clients and are not directly involved in program development.

Program Partners may provide direct services to clients in addition to the contribution of financial or other resources in support of NHLB. They may also be directly involved in program development.
